Huawei Y6 Pro has been quietly launched, it is the latest mid-range smartphone from the company in the Y series, it is said to be an upgraded variant of the Huawei Y6 Model was launched early this month. The handset is available in White, Black and Gold color variant, it is currently listed on the company’s official website without any pricing and availability details.
The Huawei Y6 Pro features a 5.0-inch IPS display with HD 720 x 1280 pixels resolution which can offer a pixel density of 294ppi, along with Asahi DragonTrail glass protection. It is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor that’s fueled by 64-bit MediaTek MT6735 chipset with Mali-T720 GPU. The device packs in 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal memory which is expandable via microSD card slot.
On the camera front, the Y6 Pro has a 13-megapixel autofocus primary camera on the back with f/2.0 aperture and LED flash. It shoots Full HD 1080p videos at 30fps. It has a 5-megapixel front-facing camera with wide angle to capture selfies and quality video calling.

The handset runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop with Huawei EMUI 3.1 interface on top. It packs a massive 4000mAh battery under the hood, along with Quick Charging to deliver up to 39 hours of talk time, 18 hours of video playback and 15 hours of web surfing.
The handset is 9.7 mm thick and weighs 160 grams. It has a dual SIM card slot on board along with 4G LTE connectivity, apart from 4G includes 3G, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, A-GPS, Bluetooth 4.0, USB OTG, 3.5 mm audio jack and FM Radio connectivity options.
