Huawei has started rolling out a beta version of Android 9.0 Pie for the Mate 10 Pro. The new firmware, already available for full download and manual installation for devices with an unlocked bootloader. Huawei Mate 10 Pro is identifiable with the BLA-L09C432B108 build for the Single-SIM and BLA-L29C432B108 for the Dual-SIM models.
The new firmware is based on the proprietary EMUI 9.0 software customization that we got to preview during the most recent edition of the Berlin fair, IFA 2018.
Among the main innovations integrated on the new Android version we find:

- Gesture-based navigation system

The new update is available for download via OTA for all users who have joined the Chinese company’s beta testing program. However, no news for the stable version of Android 9.0 Pie, should not be late to arrive.
