Huawei Honor 7X Goes Up for Pre-Orders in USA: Price, Availability

The Huawei Honor 7X is now officially available for purchase in USA. The handset was first announced in China back in October last year, it has a 5.93-inch FullView Display with 18:9 aspect ratio, FHD+ resolution, and a 2.5D curved glass protection.

The FullView display smartphone has been priced at $199.99 for 32GB storage version and it is now available for pre-order via Amazon.com and it comes in Midnight Black color. The shipping will begin from January 25, 2018, in the country. There are no further details on 64GB storage model yet.

Huawei Honor 7X Specifications

The Honor 7X features a 5.93-inch IPS display with Full HD+ (2160 x 1080 pixels) resolution, 18:9 aspect ratio and a 2.5D curved glass layer on top of it. The device has a metal unibody design and it is powered by a 2.36 GHz octa-core processor which fueled by Kirin 659 processor paired with Mali-T830 MP2 GPU. It packs a 4GB of RAM and 32GB of inbuilt storage which can be expanded via microSD card up to 256GB.

On the camera front, the Huawei 7X flaunts a dual rear camera setup including 16-megapixel + 2-megapixel camera sensors with LED flash. The secondary sensor on this device is used for calculating the depth in the image for offering better Bokeh effect. It has an 8-megapixel front-facing camera with gestures selfie support.

The handset comes equipped with a rear fingerprint sensor to unlock the device quickly, it also houses Histen sound algorithm to offer 3D surround sound. The device is also IP67 certified, making it water and dust resistant.

The device runs on Android 7.1 Nougat -based on Huawei EMUI 5.1 out of the box. It packs a 3,340mAh non-removable battery that is claimed to deliver standby time up to 22 days and talk time up to 21 hours. It also supports Huawei’s SuperCharge fast charging technology using the 9V/2A (18W) power adapter and Huawei phones also support dual SIM slot with dual standby.
