UPDATE: Huawei Honor 5C has been listed on Tenaa – the Chinese telecommunications certification authority. The handset bears model number NEM-TL00. The listing of the Honor 5C shows images such as the front panel of the handset can be seen, and with the lack of capacitive navigation buttons, it implies the handset may sport on-screen keys.
Meanwhile the rear panel shows a fingerprint sensor placed just below the camera – the Honor branding is seen at the bottom of the back panel, which appears to be made of metal. The right panel houses the physical buttons for volume rockers and power. Left panel houses hybrid SIM + microSD card slot.
Speaking on Honor 5C specifications as per Tenaa listing, the handset includes a 5.2-inch full-HD (1080×1920 pixels) IPS display; a 2.0 GHz octa-core processor; new Kirin 650 chipset; 2GB of RAM; 16GB of native storage with microSD card slot; a 13-megapixel rear camera; 8-megapixel front camera, and runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow. The listing claims that the handset measures 147.1 x 738 x 8.3 mm and weighs 156 grams. The handset also supports 4G LTE connectivity and packs in a 2900mAh battery, as per Tenaa listing.
Huawei has just launched its flagship P9 and P9 Plus, and now they are planning to unveil a next Honor series smartphone, we already have our first leak. According to details shared by a KKJ, Huawei Honor 5C will pack a Kirin 650 processor.
Some of the other details claimed by the image above that suggest us that the handset will be released on 13th April 2016. The other source also adds that the Honor 5C will be launched on 28th April at a private media event.

Some Tipster also leaked an image is purported to be of Honor 5 Phone, will sport glossy metal body rectangle camera module with dual LED flash. Other details claimed that the handset will powered by Kirin 650 chipset and come with 4G LTE CAT 6 connectivity. Unfortunately, the tipster has not detailed much about Honor 5C specifications.
All these leaks should be taken with a pinch of salt as Huawei has not mentioned anything about the upcoming device and the legitimacy of the leaks remains questionable.
