After leaking in clear press renders by famous Roland Quandt on Twitter earlier this month, the Honor 7S has been officially launched in Pakistan. It is mid-budget smartphone comes with a 5.45-inch 18:9 display, Android 8.1 Oreo, and 3020mAh battery which are the main highlights of the device. Honor 7S price in Pakistan has been set at PKR 14,499 – approximately $125 and it comes in Black, Blue, and Gold color options.
Honor 7S Specifications
The Honor 7S features a 5.45-inch IPS display with HD+ (720 x 1440 pixels) resolution, and 18:9 aspect ratio. It is powered by a 1.5 GHz quad-core processor which supported by MediaTek MT6739 SoC with 2GB of RAM. It packs a 16GB of inbuilt storage which can be expanded via microSD card up to 256GB.
On the camera front, the 7S flaunts a 13-megapixel rear camera with PDAF and LED flash. For selfie, there is a 5-megapixel front-facing camera also with Front-led flash. The Honor 7S comes with an eye protection mode that applies a blue light filter to the display making it easier to read. Apart from that, Honor also advertises a louder earpiece for clearer voice calls.
The handset runs on Android 8.1 Oreo-based on EMUI 8 out of the box. It packs a 3020mAh battery and supports dual SIM slot with dual standby. For connectivity includes 4G VoLTE, 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, A-GPS, GLONASS, Bluetooth 4.2, Micro-USB 2.0.
Last week, Huawei also announced the Honor 7A smartphone in the USA, priced at $220 and it can be purchased via Amazon store. The device features a 5.7-inch 2.5D curved glass 18:9 HD+ display, 1.5 GHz Snapdragon 430 octa-core processor; 3GB of RAM and with 32GB expandable storage; Dual 13MP + 2MP rear camera, an 8MP front camera with face unlock and rear fingerprint sensor.
