Huawei Honor 6A has been officially launched in China today on Tuesday. It is another budget segment smartphone with the Fingerprint sensor and metal uni-body from the company under its Honor brand. The Honor 6A price in China is set to about CNY 799 – approximately $116 for the 2GB RAM + 16GB ROM version and 3GB RAM + 32GB ROM version costs CNY 999 – approximately $145. It will go on sale from June 1 in Gold, Silver, Blue and Pink color options in China.

The Huawei Honor 6A features a 5.0-inch IPS display with HD (720 x 1280 pixels) resolution and 2.5D curved glass on top of it. The device has a soft edge technology frame design and its housing made of durable aluminum alloy. It is powered by a 1.5 GHz octa-core processor which supported by 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 clubbed with Adreno 505 GPU. It packs a 2GB / 3GB of RAM and 16GB / 32GB of inbuilt storage which can be expanded via microSD card up to 128GB.
On the camera front, the handset flaunts a 13-megapixel primary autofocus camera with 28mm 5P lens, PDAF, LED flash and also able to record 1080p video at 30fps. It has a 5-megapixel front-facing camera with wide-angle lens to capture stunning self-portraits and quality video calling. The Honor 6A also comes equipped with a fingerprint sensor to unlock the device in just 0.5 seconds.
The handset runs on Android 7.0 Nougat -based on Huawei EMUI 5.1 out of the box. It packs a 3020mAh battery that is claimed to deliver up to 57 hours of music and up to 12 hours of video playback time on a single charge. It supports dual SIM slot with dual standby, For connectivity includes 4G VoLTE, 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, A-GPS, Bluetooth 4.1, microUSB 2.0 and 3.5 mm audio jack options.
