The new Honor 200 Smart is positioned as a more affordable alternative to the Honor 200 5G, which costs around £350 on Amazon. This mid-range smartphone stands out for its excellent price-performance ratio. Honor includes 256 GB of storage in the base model, though it comes with only 4 GB of RAM.
The device features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2, which is a cutting-edge 4 nm ARM chip. Notably, it includes two Cortex-A78 performance cores and six Cortex-A55 efficiency cores. Additionally, its 6.8-inch IPS display offers a resolution of 2,412 x 1,080 pixels, a 120 Hz refresh rate, and a maximum brightness of 850 nits.
At night, you can dim the brightness to as low as 2 nits. Durable aluminosilicate glass protects the screen, and the IP64-certified housing shields it from rain and splashes, though it isn’t fully waterproof.
Honor has installed a 5,200 mAh battery, which can be charged via USB-C with 35 watts. Additionally, the mid-range smartphone features a fingerprint sensor, a dual SIM slot, a 3.5 mm headphone jack, a 5-megapixel selfie camera, and a 50 MP f/1.8 main camera.
