Honor 10 GT With 8GB of RAM and GPU Turbo Announced in China

Honor has announced a new variant of its Honor 10 flagship smartphone with 8GB of RAM that will be available on the Chinese market starting next July 24th. The other hardware features of the Honor 10 GT remain unchanged, which will also be equipped as standard with the new GPU Turbo technology, which should offer up to 60% more graphics performance and 30% lower power consumption.

The Huawei Honor 10 GT features a 5.84-inch LCD panel with a resolution of 2280×1080 pixels, powered by Kirin 970 10nm processor clocked at 2.4Ghz, coupled with Mali-G72 MP12 GPU, 8GB of RAM and available with 128GB of native storage.

A particularly noteworthy feature is adopted by Honor 10 GT is the GPU Turbo technology which promises 60% boost in processor efficiency and 30% less power consumption, as well as new AIS, AI intelligent stabilization AI-powered low-light image capture technology that automatically detects and tunes the camera to capture stunning night shots even without a tripod.

As for optics, Honor 10 GT also equipped with a dual rear camera with a primary 24MP sensor and secondary 16MP sensor – both with f/1.8 aperture. You can capture high-quality self-portraits thanks to a 24MP front camera. Both front and rear cameras will be compatible with the AI capabilities of the Kirin 970 SoC.

The Honor 10 GT price has not been announced yet but will be introduced on July 24th in China. Huawei also mentioned GPU Turbo function on Honor 10 and will get via an upcoming update from July 15th after the beta testing is over, while the AIS feature will be rolled out from July 12th in beta, and the final update is expected to begin by the end of July.
