Hakuba Photo Industry Co., Ltd. has launched under the HAIDA brand two types of ND filters for ultra wide-angle lenses, where the filter cannot be installed in front of the lens, intended for mounting in the rear of the lens.
New neutral density filters are designed for Sigma 14-24mm F2.8 Dg Hsm Art Lens For Canon Ef, S, Sony Fe 12-24mm F4 G Lens, and Tamron Sp 15-30Mm F/2.8 Di Vc Usd lens.
Each neutral density filters are issued with gradations: ND0.9 [8x], ND1.2 [16x], ND1.8 [64x], ND3.0 [1000x]. They have a water-repellent nanocoating that prevents glare, reflections, and scratches.

Earlier this month, Aurora Aperture has announced the next-generation rear mount filters for ultra-wide-angle lenses from Canon, Nikon, Sigma, and Sony. Along with the new Aurora Aperture adapter system is designed to use filters with many popular lenses, including those that do not have a front thread for installing filters.
