Under its Aero laptop series, Taiwanese company Gigabyte launched the Aero 15 compact gaming laptop at a starting price of £1,999 and it can be purchased via Amazon store in UK.
The 64-bit Windows 10-based Gigabyte Aero 15 offers a gamer-friendly full-sized Island-style keyboard with Auto-adjusting Backlit powered by RGB Fusion software allowing you to personalize any key with macro and an RGB lighting. Users can choose from 15.6-inch full-HD (1920×1080 pixels) and UHD (3840×2160 pixels) IPS LCD Anti-Glare display.
It is powered by seventh generation Intel Core i7-7700HQ processor, coupled with either 8GB or 16GB of 2400MHz DDR4 RAM – supports up to 32GB DDR4 RAM. As for graphics, it comes with an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 with 6GB of GDDR5 video memory, and Intel HD Graphics 630.
The Gigabyte Aero 15 offers Thunderbolt 3, Bluetooth 4.2, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, 3x USB 3.0 ports 1x USB Type-C port, 1x HDMI port and mini DisplayPort connectivity options, apart from one headphone/ microphone combo jack, and one 2-in-1 card reader.
The base model ships with a 2 x M.2 SSD, supports NVMe PCIe X4 & SATA. It bears an HD webcam, weighs in at 2.1kg, and measures 356.4 x 250 x 19.9 mm. The Aero 15 sports an embedded 94.24Wh battery.
