TCL A1 FHD Projector with Netflix Certified, Google TV and Dolby Audio

The Chinese electronics company TCL is primarily known in this country for its affordable yet feature-rich televisions. The company has now released a portable full HD wifi projector. The TCL A1 features a 1920 x 1080 resolution, delivers up to 360 ANSI lumens of brightness, and supports projection sizes ranging from 45 to 120 inches.

The Netflix-certified projector features autofocus and keystone correction, which automatically optimize the image for you. Its two Dolby Audio-capable 8-watt internal speakers can also serve as Bluetooth sound systems when needed. Additionally, side light strips provide dynamic, colorful lighting effects that synchronize with music through Light Sync.

Thanks to Google TV, a wide range of smart functions and the Google Assistant for voice control are offered in addition to a wide range of apps. It can also be used to operate compatible smart home devices. The built-in silver stand of the TCL A1 1080p resolution projector serves as a carrying handle during transport. Hisense also unveiled three new Triple Laser projectors: the C2, C2 Pro, and C2 Ultra. These Dolby Vision models, which follow the Hisense C1, can upscale content to 4K resolution (3840 x 2160 pixels) at 60 Hz. For those prioritizing a higher refresh rate, the resolution can be adjusted to 2K, allowing up to 240 Hz.

These projectors run on the VIDAA U7 operating system, offering smart features and voice control through Alexa or VIDAA Voice. Popular apps like Disney+, Netflix, Prime Video, and YouTube are pre-installed. The device automatically adjusts the image with autofocus and keystone correction for optimal viewing. Movie lovers will appreciate its support for Dolby Vision and HDR10+. Hisense also plans to upgrade the C2 Pro and C2 Ultra with IMAX Enhanced via a firmware update.
