Fujifilm FinePix XP130 is the new compact rugged camera designed to withstand harsh environments. In fact, it is dustproof, waterproof up to 20 meters deep, resistant to falls from 1.75 meters in height and at temperatures up to -10 ° C.
The Fujifilm XP130 measures 110 x 71 x 28 mm and weighs 207 grams. The sensor that equips is a 1/2.3″ BSI-CMOS with a resolution of 16.4 megapixels. The Fujinon lens has a focal length equivalent to 28 – 140 mm (zoom can reach up to 10x with Intelligent Digital Zoom) with F3.9-4.9 aperture. XP130 is also equipped with an optical stabilizer. The sensitivity extends from ISO 100 to ISO 3200, expandable to ISO 6400.
On the back is the 3-inch LCD display with a resolution of 920,000 dots. The screen has been designed to reduce reflections. The videos are saved in H.264 format and can be recorded in Full HD up to 60 frames per second. Other functions of this rugged camera including Time-Lapse that automatically converts images to video format utilizing the interval timer, the Burst Mode that captures up to 10 fps and smooth HD video recording of 60 fps. Eye Detection feature helps to capture portraits easily by automatically focusing on subject’s eyes.
Available connections include a USB 2.0 port, a micro HDMI output, Wi-Fi802.11b / g / n, and Bluetooth 4.0 options that allow you to enable automatic and instantaneous transfer of images to smartphones and tablets. The function is managed via the Fujifilm Camera Remote app, which is able to synchronize time, date and position information in order to match it with images. If you have an Instax printer, you can use the same technology to start printing immediately. The declared battery life is 240 shots (CIPA).
