Fossil introduced Q Control Android Wear 2.0 smartwatch, unlike the rest of the Fossil watches, is the first true sports smartwatch from the company.
Fossil Q Control is characterized by a linear design with a 45mm circular stainless steel housing and 14mm overall thickness, 20mm interchangeable strap with quick release, made of silicone, and a heart rate monitor sensor located at the bottom in contact with Skin. From an aesthetic point of view, it immediately resembles Vapor, the smartwatch made by Misfit, the company acquired in 2015 by Fossil Group with the aim of expanding into the wearable market.
Other technical specifications of this new Fossil smart watch include an integrated GPS, a circular touchscreen display, a waterproof case of up to 5 ATMs and is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 2100 SoC coupled with the usual 4GB of internal memory. It’s equipped with all classic features available on all Android Wear devices, including built-in Play Store, can install apps, customizable watch faces, and iOS (9 or later) and Android (4.3 or later) compatibility and battery life is up to 24 hours.
The Fossil Q Control price is $275 and it is already available for purchase from its official website or Amazon online store. You can choose between the completely black and the most feminine color with gray strap and rose gold/silver case.
