Final Fantasy XV Pocket Edition Coming to Mobile devices, and Switch version Soon

After confirming that Final Fantasy XV will be on PC with Windows Edition, Square Enix also launches Final Fantasy XV Pocket Edition game dedicated to iOS, Android, and Windows 10 mobile devices. Even the director of the game: Hajime Tabata also teased Nintendo Switch version too.

Final Fantasy XV Pocket Edition

Final Fantasy XV Pocket Edition will soon be available on our tablets and smartphones, this edition specifically designed for mobile devices featuring stories, situations, events, and characters from the console version but with a totally unpublished chart. The game will feature a super deformed style and an optimized control system to be used on Tablets and Smartphones.

Square Enix has not yet disclosed the exact Final Fantasy XV Pocket Edition release date but wanted to specify that the game will be subdivided into 10 episodes and the first will be available in totally free form while the remaining nine will be charged.

There are no other official announcements at this time, however, during a recent live streaming, director of Final Fantasy XV, Hajime Tabata has made it clear that in the future the popular title could land on Nintendo Switch.

“No plans for Switch at the moment, but overall, there is interest in the platform among the development team.”
