The FiiO M6 is the latest Hi-res player that Fiio has added to its music player series. With determination to change the blood of the old product line, this year FiiO has launched the M3K, M7, M9 and now the M6 to fill the gap between M3K and M7.
It is not clear when the product will be officially available to buy, but the expected price is around $160. FiiO M6 is a beautifully designed aluminum monolithic housing as the traditional FiiO players. The front panel is a full touchscreen for convenient browsing. FiiO continues to use Samsung’s Exynos 7270 Soc for its latest product. It is equipped with the ES9018Q2C DAC chip for good decoding of Hi-res files.
Besides, the FiiO M6 also has some other features such as USB DAC. Equipped with Bluetooth support codecs such as LDAC and the latest HWA HD. M6 also can make Bluetooth receiver. It can also connect to WiFi stream music online, Airplay support and more.
There are not too many details about the product. Hopefully, FiiO will sell their products before the year-end shopping season.
