The headphone housing is made from resin-specific medical material certified in IIA Europe, providing high durability without completely irritating the skin when used. Housing is also made transparent to bring the unique feeling right with the high-end headphones.

Each pair of headphones will run for hours in succession with countless DLP scans to produce the perfect finish. DLP print technology possesses precision up to 25 nanometers to maintain consistency for the headphone housing. The housing after printing will begin to undergo specific and thorough processes, including the ultrasonic cleaning and the hardening, materials and more. Segmented circuits and drivers inside the headset are being welded and assembled into the casing, then the performance test and the general feedback gauge.
