E3 2017: The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild DLC, Trailer, Release date

The popular The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild could not fail to get Nintendo Spotlight and the new gameplay trailer video specially dedicated to the DLC pack, but at the end of the video also shows the game would get a season pass, first is The Legend of Zelda: The Master Trials and second is The Legend of Zelda: The Champions’ Ballad.

The expansion will increase the Zelda universe with new missions, challenges, and treasures. The first DLC – The Legend of Zelda: The Master Trials features a series of challenges where you tackle monsters of all sizes and continue your adventures in the kingdom of Hyrule. The video trailer shows Link taking on various monsters with a bunch of new armor types and even a new mask called Korok Mask. There’s even a Master Mode, where you take on tough challenges such as taking on what appears to be a golem. There is eight new items and costumes for the equipment taken from Midna, Tingle, Phantom and Majora’s Mask.

The Legend of Zelda: The Champions’ Ballad DLC with a sepia-tone montage and some sorrowful music telling the story of champions of the Zelda universe. These champions include Mipha, Daruk, Revali, and Urbosa. All four are available as amiibo for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.

This pass will cost $19.99 and will be available for Nintendo Switch and Wii U. The Master Trials DLC will be released on June 30 and the second expansion The Champions’ Ballad DLC during the Christmas holidays of this year.
