A few months ago, Atsushi Miyauchi, Director of Dynasty Warriors 9, announced that the title would have been featured on PlayStation 4 Pro. Like Nioh, it will also come with two graphics modes, but no information about was provided on Xbox One X. In a recent interview with Dualshockers, however, Koei Tecmo Producer Akihiro Suzuki has officially confirmed support for the new Microsoft console.
Players on Xbox One X and PlayStation 4 Pro will then choose between two options, one focused on resolution, the other on the frame rate: by opting for 30fps, users will appreciate Dynasty Warriors 9 with a dynamic resolution that can reach the 4K, while setting the game at 60fps the resolution will be lower.
The Dualshockers editorial team also asked Akihiro Suzuki about the Dynasty Warriors 9 Nintendo Switch version will approach in the near future, but the answer is negative: “at this moment the team isn’t thinking about something like that.”
We remind you that the Dynasty Warriors 9 release date is scheduled in early 2018 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC, and it can be pre-ordered via Amazon.com at $59.99; while in Japan the title will be exclusive to the Sony console.
