LG 27BP450Y Ergonomic office monitor with IPS, FHD Screen

LG lists a new office monitor with the 27BP450Y. The 27-inch desktop monitor has an IPS panel with Full HD resolution (1920×1080 pixels) and achieves a maximum refresh rate of 75 Hz.

The contrast ratio is 1000:1, the response time is 5 ms (grey to gray), the typical brightness is 250 cd/m², and the power consumption is 22 watts. Internal loudspeakers are just as in vain as sync technology against tearing.

However, there is a mode for people with color blindness, a black stabilizer, and switchable crosshair overlays. On the interface side, DisplayPort 1.2, HDMI, VGA, and a headphone jack can be used. The specs also mention USB 2.0, but no such connections can be seen on the product images.

A wide range of ergonomic functions is available with rotation, tilt, height adjustment, pivot, VESA mount, blue light filter, and flicker-reduced backlight. The LG 27BP450Y desktop screen weighs 3.1 kg without the stand and comes with a three-year guarantee including an on-site exchange service.
