Dell U3417W: 34 inch UltraSharp Curved Monitor Launched

Dell has introduced a 34 inch Ultrawide curved monitor dubbed UltraSharp Dell U3417W, priced at $1,195 upgraded from the UltraSharp U3415W was launched last year. 

The biggest change in this new model has increased curvature and a new chassis design. Compared to U3415W, doubled in curvature from 1900R to 3800R. The remaining parameters are almost unchanged. Dell U3417W uses IPS panel for better color quality, wide viewing angle up to 178 degrees. 34 inch ultra-wide display with screen ratio of 21:9, a resolution up to 3440 x 1440 pixels, a 60 Hz refresh rate and a 5 ms response time be very useful for heavy multi-tasking needs.

The Dell Monitor has multiple ports that you can use includes 2 x HDMI 2.0, 1 x DisplayPort 1.2, 1 x miniDisplayPort 1.2 (input), 1 x DisplayPort 1.2 (output – MST), 4 x USB 3.0, 2 x USB Type-B ports, and Dell Display Manager Compatibility.

Of course, with the 34 inch ultra-wide screen size Dell UltraSharp U3417W get the ability of PBP and PiP features when connected to two PCs. You can attach two different PC screen simultaneously in order to control them. 

As picture-In-picture feature allows two interfaces of two different computers at the same time, for example, you are using the computer but still you can able to see and control your connected TV in the living room.
