Dell UltraSharp U3223QE 4K Monitor with IPS Black and KVM Switch

Dell has surprisingly released a new 4K computer monitor called UltraSharp U3223QE with the IPS Black panel technology but lacks few office monitor features. For example, it lacks the video conferencing features of the Dell S2722DZ or Dell S2422HZ versions – so it has neither a webcam nor a microphone onboard.

The Dell U3223QE relies on a 31.5-inch IPS black panel with 4K resolution (3840 x 2160 pixels), a maximum refresh rate of 60 Hz, and DisplayHDR 400 certification. The contrast ratio is 2000:1, the color depth is 10 bits, the brightness is 400 cd/m², and the response time is 5 ms (grey to gray).

In addition, the specs promise 100 percent sRGB, 100 percent Rec. 709, and 98 percent DCI-P3. The new Dell UltraSharp monitor appears to have completely dispensed with built-in speakers. The same applies to anti- tearing sync technology.

The selection of interfaces includes DisplayPort 1.4 (input and output), HDMI, RJ-45, a USB 3.2 hub, a headphone output, and USB-C with DisplayPort alternate mode and 90 watts of power delivery. Thanks to the KVM switch functionality, two connected end devices can be operated with the same mouse-keyboard combination without the hassle of changing cables. The power consumption of the Dell 4K monitor is 29.4 watts, and it weighs 10.36 kg with the stand.

The Dell 32 inch monitor can be rotated, tilted, adjusted in height, pivoted, or mounted on a wall or a swivel arm using a VESA mount (100 x 100 mm), blue light filter is also there.
