Dell has expanded its range of 27 inch gaming monitor by announcing the G2723HN 165Hz monitor for gaming based on a 27-inch Fast IPS panel. The Dell screen has a Full HD resolution of 1920 × 1080 pixels.
The Dell 27 inch monitor implements AMD FreeSync Premium technology, the task of which is to increase the smoothness of the image and eliminate frame tearing. It also talks about compatibility with NVIDIA G-Sync.
The refresh rate reaches 165 Hz, and the response time is 1 ms (GtG). The new Dell 27 monitor provides 99% coverage of the sRGB color space, brightness reaches 350 nits, and contrast ratio is 1000:1.
The Dell ComfortView Plus suite of technologies helps reduce eye fatigue during extended gaming sessions. A set of special gaming modes is provided – for sports simulators, first-person shooters, and role-playing games.
The Dell gaming monitor includes a DisplayPort 1.2 interface, two HDMI 2.0 connectors, and a standard 3.5 mm audio jack. Dimensions are 611.6 × 183.19 × 454.08 mm, weight – 8.42 kg.
