Dell Alienware M15 and M17 with NVIDIA RTX20 at CES 2019

Dell announces the Alienware M15 and Alienware M17 notebooks at the CES 2019, two laptops designed for gamers who do not seek compromises in terms of performance, build quality and design.

Additionally optimized to favor the gaming in mobility, the new Alienware 2019 is noted especially for its compact size, without renouncing to the top range of hardware configurations that include the use of processors Intel 8a Jan up to Core i9 series K, along with the latest NVIDIA GeForce RTX Max-Q GPU.

Dell Alienware M15

Dell Alienware M15 is a 15.6-inch notebook built with a magnesium alloy chassis, the thickness of only 21mm and the weight of 2.16kg makes it one of the lightest gaming notebooks on the market. Intel eighth generation CPU and graphics options that come to the powerful NVIDIA RTX 2080 Max-Q. Then add the proprietary technologies that have always characterized the Alienware laptops, among these, we report AlienFX for customization of RGB backlighting and Alienware Cryo-Tech 2.0 for thermal management and performance.

Dell Alienware M17 basically takes over the specifications of the younger brother, but with a larger 17.3-inch display. In this case, there seems to be no option for the 4K HDR400 display, while the graphics options come up to the powerful NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Max-Q.

The substantial differences between the two notebooks are the size and weight; Alienware M17 weighs about 500 grams more and has a thickness of 23 mm against the 21mm of the M15.
