The Corsair One is now also available with AMD processors, which means that the compact mini gaming PC can be equipped with a Ryzen 9 3950X with 16 cores and an Nvidia GeForce RTX 2080 Ti. Despite the compact dimensions, the latest Corsair a100 gamer computer champ from Corsair is absolutely not for narrow purses.
The One i145s (approx $2,899.99 on Amazon) Corsair gaming PC has been available for some time now, but instead of giving the computer gaming model update to Intel Comet Lake-S, Corsair has decided to launch a new version with the current AMD processors on the a100.
There are two processors to choose from: a Ryzen 9 3900X (12 cores, 24 threads), or even a Ryzen 9 3950X (16 cores, 32 threads). Depending on the model, there is either an Nvidia GeForce RTX 2080 Super or a GeForce RTX 2080 Ti – much more gaming power is currently hardly possible.
On the X570 Mini-ITX motherboard, Corsair also installs 32GB DDR4-3200 memory (2 x 16GB), a Corsair Force MP600 M.2 SSD (approx $195 on Amazon) and a 2TB TB-sized 2.5 inch 5,600 rpm hard drive.
WiFi 6, Gigabit Ethernet, and Bluetooth 5.0 are just as standard as special water cooling for the processor and the GPU. The case measures just 20 x 17 x 38 centimeters, making it only slightly larger than an Xbox X Series, which measures 15 x 15 x 30 centimeters. The Corsair One a100 offers a total of twelve USB ports, three DisplayPorts, HDMI 2.0a and AUX.
Pricing and availability
The Corsair a100 can now be purchased via the Amazon.com website, and this Corsair gaming PC is not made for everyone: Even the basic model with a Ryzen 9 3900X CPU, a GeForce RTX 2080 TI, 32GB RAM, and 512 GB SSD storage costs 3,599.99.
Apart from this possible best gaming PC 2020 model, last week Amazon has also made available the Corsair iCUE Nexus Universal Touch Screen Companion. It allows you to control Corsair iCUE software with just one touch of your finger.
