As claimed, Coolpad Mobiles has announced its large screen smartphone, Note 3 for the Indian market, which was launched in China as Coolpad Dazen Note 3. The handset is the budget segment device and exclusively available for pre-order on Amazon India with a very reasonable price of Rs 8,999 and the device will be delivered on 20th October. Besides the affordable price, the Coolpad Note 3 carries an impressive specifications and features.
The Coolpad Note 3 features a 5.5 inch IPS panel with 720×1280 pixels HD resolution and up to 178 degree wide viewing angle. We can expect this IPS panel to be decent enough when it comes to rendering nice contrast and natural colors.
The Note 3 is powered by a 64 bit Octa-core MediaTek MT6753 SoC which clocked at 1.3 GHz processor along with 3GB LPDDR3 RAM and Mali-T720 GPU to handle multi-tasking efficiently without resulting in any lag or clutter. Coolpad Note 3 packs 16GB of inbuilt storage that can be extended externally up to 64GB by using a micro SD card. It supports 64GB external storage despite its budget segment device which is pretty impressive.
The Coolpad Note 3 comes with a 13-megapixel main camera on its back with wide f/2.0 aperture and LED flash for low-light photography. In front, there is a 5-megapixel snapper to capture bright selfie portraits and wide group selfies. These Imaging features are quite standard with CMOS image sensor when compared to other similar segment smartphones.
The Coolpad Cell Phone runs Android 5.1 Lollipop with new COOL UI 6.0 and 3000mAh battery out of the box. It is also supports a fingerprint scanner that can unlock the device in just 0.5 seconds. User can also access the various apps with a single touch, customize different fingers for different applications.
