Bluboo Xwatch Android Wear Sports SmartWatch: Coming Soon 2016

Bluboo has created a huge hype in the smartphone market recently by launching the company’s flagship smartphone named Bluboo X Touch, after that the Bluboo X9, and once again the manufacturer has decided to launch a new product. However, at this time they talk about a new Android wearable device budded as Bluboo Xwatch.

As the first released smartwatch of Bluboo, Xwatch has GPS, altimiter, cardiotachometer and barometer. There are necessary parts for a sports watch. According to what we know, Bluboo Xwatch is the first smartwatch specialized in sport Android wear so far. In fact, we have latest images of the device, received a round display size of 1.3-inches with Oncell – Retina technology and a resolution of 360×360 pixels which is better than the Moto 360 and very close to Huawei Watch according to the company. They turned out to be more sporty design than a classic. However, Xwatch got exactly the classic circular design, which is more appropriate in both sports and business segment.

We got the photos, which show two versions of the Bluboo Watch, different case and strap. As you can see, this Watch will be available in Silver, Silver with Black strap and Red with Black strap. Unfortunately, the photos do not show us the details of the design of this new product from all sides. We only see the front and the right side face of the housing has two small round mechanical buttons.

Regarding to Bluboo Xwatch specifications, the device will come equipped with a 1.2 GHz MediaTek MT2601 processor, 512MB RAM and 4GB of internal storage. It runs on Android wear OS and packs a 480mAh polymer battery. It’s just 9.8mm thick much thinner than the Moto 360 (11.4mm) and Apple Watch (10.5mm).

The manufacturer says that the Bluboo Xwatch debut will take place on February 2016. Thus, the price of smartwatch not yet disclosed, but it may soon become known.
