Blu Joy Flex Flip Phone with SOS Calling Launched at $29

Miami based mobile manufacturer Blu Phone has launched the Joy Flex flip phone to add to its portfolio of feature phones. The Blu Joy Flex supports SOS calling, a feature that allows users to quick access of the 911 at the simple click of a button while an emergency. It is available at a price of $29.99 exclusively on the e-commerce website Amazon in Black, White and Red color options.  

As of now, there is no word about the availability of the new Blu flip phone. Considering the design of the handset, it comes with a leather pattern cover gives it an impressive look and solid grip. The Joy Flex also comes with a dedicated LED flash and FM radio button.

The dual-SIM Joy Flex flip phone features a 2.4-inch TFT LCD display with QVGA (240 x 320 pixels) resolution. The device packs in 24MB of RAM and has an inbuilt storage of 32MB that is expandable via microSD card (up to 32GB).

In the camera department, the Joy Flex houses a 0.3-megapixel rear VGA camera with LED flash to capture decent pictures. The handset gets its power from a 1400mAh battery. For connectivity, blu cell phones includes 2G, Bluetooth, FM radio, a 3.5mm audio jack, and a USB port.
