Good news for all BlackBerry KEYone owners, with its comfortable integrated QWERTY keyboard on the front, high-quality design, and mid-high bandwidth features optimally optimized by the manufacturer, will soon receive Android 8.0 Oreo update.
According to a recent statement released by a company representative, BlackBerry KEYone will officially receive the upgrade to Android 8.0 Oreo over the coming months. Definitely a vague statement, but still lack of more precise details on actual release timing.
Hoping to see it by the end of the year as claimed by Google for some manufacturers (including BlackBerry), KEYone’s software will then enrich all of the new features introduced with Android Oreo, such as new background application restrictions, notification management, Picture-in-Picture Mode, and all the other information you can find here.
Blackberry Keyone is available online from Amazon stores $635 in USA and £473.51 in UK.
