The best Asus ZenScreen Fold OLED MQ17QH portable monitor, announced earlier this year, is now available for pre-order. This design creates a spacious work surface for travel while ensuring impressive color reproduction.
Asus USB screen also allows you to benefit from the advantages of a larger work surface—and thus, not least of all, greater productivity—when you are on business trips, for example. This new Asus portable monitor, designed for the MacBook Pro, features a fold-out design, enhancing the extensive range of affordable monitors available.
The Asus USB display features a 17.3-inch diagonal screen with a resolution of 2,560 x 1,920 pixels. According to the manufacturer, its OLED panel fully reproduces the DCI-P3 color space, ensuring vibrant color accuracy.
The high contrast typical of OLEDs is also advertised – since the pixels themselves light up, black image content is also completely dark in the best-case scenario. A VESA DisplayHDR True Black 500 certification is said to be available.
According to Asus, when folded, the monitor is only as big as a 12.5-inch display and weighs 1.17 kilograms. When unfolded, the ZenScreen Fold OLED MQ17QH is only 9.7 millimeters thick, making it approximately twice as thick when folded. It features a USB Type-C port, allowing for a single cable connection that transmits both image content and electrical power.

A mini HDMI port is also available and allows you to connect game consoles, for example – although the aspect ratio is not typical for a television, problems could arise. The foldable OLED should work with the Asus ZenScreen Stand MTS02D, ensuring an ergonomic height.
