The LG 27GN60R measures 27 inches diagonally, has an IPS panel with Full HD resolution (1920 x 1080 pixels) and promises a maximum refresh rate of 144 Hz. According to the datasheet, the gray change takes place within 1 ms.
In addition, the best 144hz IPS monitor from LG has a contrast ratio of 1000:1, 8-bit color depth, 350 cd/m² brightness, and 99 percent sRGB. A budget 27 inch 144hz monitor would provide tearing-free gaming with FreeSync Premium or G-Sync compatible Adaptive Sync.
Alternatively, a mode against the blurring of moving images can be used. In the meantime, you shouldn’t expect too much from the advertised HDR10 support, since the brightness of the 27 inches is much too low for appealing HDR results.
