Apple is gearing up to release the highly anticipated Beats Powerbeats Pro 2, marking the launch of the most exciting fully wireless earphones yet under the Beats brand. The leak unveiled the design and specifications of the Beats Powerbeats Pro 2 release date. According to Bloomberg, the official unveiling of the successor to the original Powerbeats Pro will take place on Tuesday, February 11. Bloomberg editor Mark Gurman also confirms earlier rumors about the features. According to Gurman, Apple is likely to be the first to install a heart rate sensor in its completely wireless earphones, providing real-time data during workouts, which should excite users.
Even though Apple now owns Beats, Android smartphone users can use the Powerbeats Pro 2 without restrictions thanks to the Beats app. Apple reportedly uses the same Apple H2 Bluetooth chip found in the AirPods Pro, allowing the Powerbeats Pro 2 to switch seamlessly between Apple devices and support 3D sound with head tracking. Users can adjust the sound to their preferences using an equalizer.
The Powerbeats Pro 2 supports all Beats headphones’ most advanced active noise cancellation (ANC) and an improved transparency mode. The efficient H2 chip enables the Powerbeats Pro 2 to last ten hours on a single charge or 45 hours with the charging case, even though the case is a third smaller than the previous model.

Beats developed the Powerbeats Pro 2 primarily for athletes, and they tested the brand-new design on almost 1,000 athletes to optimize comfort. To this end, Apple uses more flexible nickel-titanium alloy ear hooks, silicone earplugs in five different sizes, and a 20 percent lighter housing. Dedicated buttons allow you to control playback and volume. The IPX4 certification promises protection against rain and sweat.
