A 27-inch Fast IPS panel is installed, which offers 2560 x 1440 pixels (WQHD), 180 Hz refresh rate, DisplayHDR 400, and 1 ms fast gray change.
The specs also mention 400 cd/m² peak brightness, 8-bit color depth, 125 percent sRGB, 95 percent DCI-P3, and a 1000:1 contrast. FreeSync and G-Sync-compatible Adaptive Sync are on board as anti-tearing measures – and can be combined with a mode against moving image blurring thanks to Asus ELMB sync. Variable Overdrive 2.0 contributes to a more consistent frame rate performance.
Additionally, this new QHD 1440p monitor features a black stabilizer, an AI-supported crosshair overlay, and Aura Sync rear lighting. Furthermore, it offers a variety of connection options including DisplayPort 1.4 (WQHD at up to 180 Hz), HDMI 2.0 (WQHD at up to 144 Hz), USB-C (WQHD at up to 180 Hz), and a headphone output.
