ASUS has announced the VY249HE Eye Care monitor for everyday use at home or in the office. The new 75Hz monitor is made on the IPS matrix with a diagonal of 23.8-inches.
The 75 Hz monitor has a Full HD resolution of 1920 × 1080 pixels. The brightness is 250 cd/m2, and the contrast ratio is 1000: 1. The horizontal and vertical viewing angles reach up to 178 degrees.
The MPRT response time is 1 ms, the refresh rate is 75Hz. Flicker Free technology prevents flickering, while Low Blue Light reduces the blue backlight to reduce eye strain during extended use.
There is a special antibacterial treatment on the bezels and hotkeys, it is said to kill more than 99.9% of bacteria within 24 hours. Moreover, the coating is durable. An integrated ASUS Blue Light Filter protects eyes from harmful blue light.
The 75Hz monitor is equipped with HDMI 1.4 and D-Sub interfaces, as well as a headphone jack. The stand allows you to adjust the angle of the screen within a range of 28 degrees.
