The Taiwanese company Asus is launching a new, 34in curved ultra wide gaming monitor, the TUF Gaming VG34VQ3B. The Asus extreme low motion blur sync monitor has a 1500 R curved VA panel, a resolution of 3440 x 1440 pixels (UWQHD, 21:9) at a maximum of 180 Hz, and is DisplayHDR-400 certified. The contrast ratio is 4000:1 and should ensure deep black levels, which makes sense and is particularly enjoyable in dark games.
Other specs of the new ultrawide freesync monitor include 400 cd/m² peak brightness, 8-bit color depth, 90 percent DCI-P3, and a power consumption of less than 18 watts. Since it is an ELMB-Sync model, the anti-tearing technology FreeSync Premium and the anti-blur tool ELMB can be activated and used at the same time. Game Plus features such as an FPS display and a crosshair overlay are available, as is Variable Overdrive.
The equipment features picture-in-picture and picture-by-picture modes, two built-in speakers (each with 2 watts of power), and the ASUS DisplayWidget Center software for the wide QHD monitor. In terms of connections, there are two HDMI 2.0 inputs (WQHD at max. 144 Hz ), two DisplayPorts 1.4 (WQHD at max. 180 Hz), a USB 3.2 hub (Gen 1), and a headphone output.

In terms of ergonomics, you have tilt adjustment, VESA mount compatibility (100 x 100 mm), blue light filtering, and flicker-free backlighting. Additionally, the monitor weighs 6.4 kg without the stand.
