ASUS ROG Strix GL702ZC with Ryzen 7 1700 and RX 580 Debuts at $1,500

New ASUS ROG Strix GL702ZC laptop is finally available on the retail market. The Ryzen laptop was first announced at Taipei’s Computex this year, where this Taiwanese gaming laptop had aroused some interest when it comes with the Ryzen 7 1700 (8c/16t) processor, paired with a Radeon RX 580 graphics card.

ASUS’s ROG Strix GL702ZC laptop is still interesting, especially for those users who are looking for a system like this, besides the gaming, this Asus Ryzen laptop can also give satisfaction in work as well as professional environments.

The Ryzen 7 1700 is the base model of the AMD Ryzen 7 octa-core line, among other things, featuring lowest TDP, only 65 watts against the 125W of the Ryzen 7 1700X and 1800X. Despite this feature, the Ryzen 7 1700 and the RX 580 does not allow us higher battery life, which probably prompted Asus didn’t disclose this data in its official technical specifications.
