Asus has unveiled the ROG Swift OLED PG32UCDP, now available for purchase online. This Asus ROG OLED gaming monitor features a third-generation QD-OLED panel and offers impressive display modes, including 4K at 240Hz and 1080p at 480Hz. It joins the LG UltraGear OLED 32GS95UE as one of the only gaming monitors to support this capability.
Announced late last year with a release set for late 2023, the ROG Swift OLED PG32UCDP supports dual-display modes, a feature also in development for the LG UltraGear OLED 32GS95UE. For context, the Asus PG32UCDP is part of a new lineup of ROG Swift gaming monitors showcased at CES 2024, alongside models like the PG27AQDP.
The ROG Swift OLED PG32UCDP boasts a 31.5-inch display, similar in size to the MSI MAG 321UPX QD-OLED and MPG 321URX QD-OLED. It offers a native 4K resolution with a refresh rate of 240Hz, matching its MSI counterparts. Additionally, it can upscale to 1080p and 480Hz when necessary, making it a strong competitor to the ROG Swift Pro PG248QP, which features a 540Hz E-TN panel.
Notably, the PG32UCDP serves as the successor to the PG32UCDM, a 4K, 240Hz OLED monitor equipped with Dolby Vision that Asus introduced in August 2023.
