Asus ROG GX800 Gaming Laptop with Liquid-Cooled System Launched at Computex 2016

Asus on Monday launched 7 new products including laptops, 2-in-1s, ROG gaming devices and smartphones. The company at Computex 2016 event launched the Asus ROG GX800 is an ultimate gaming laptop upgraded over GX700 comes with a very high-end specifications and of course Liquid Cooling Solutions as well.

For gamers, the new ASUS GX800 gaming beast has followed the footsteps of recent Liquid Cooled Computer – GX700 as it too has a liquid cooling system. It also features latest “MechTAG” mechanical keyboard along with multicolor LED keys that can be customized to suit your gaming style, now its more durable than regular one.

The Asus ROG GX800 sports a 17.3-inch Ultra HD (3840 x 2160 pixels) resolution IPS display and Full HD screen option is also available. It is configurable with up to 64GB of DDR4-2400 (O.C.) SDRAM and two desktop-grade NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980 GPUs each with 8GB of GDDR5 VRAM working in SLI configuration. Under-the-hood the GX800 comes with an Intel Core i7-6820HK processor can be overclocked to 2.70 to 3.60 GHz and RAID0 support or 256/512GB M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD. It also comes with a massive 6-cell 93Wh battery that is said to provide long lasting game play for gaming lovers. It has a 2 x USB Type-C ports, 3 regular USB 3.0 ports, HDMI, and an SD card slot.

Asus also brings a stable performance of the system, and offers two 330W power supply adapter to ensure an optimal heat dissipation operation. The GX800 will be distributed with Windows 10 operating system, but the company is yet to give price and availability details for the ROG GX800 gaming laptop.
