Asus has unveiled the ProArt Display PA278CV 27-inch professional WQHD monitor. New Asus ProArt PA278CV uses an IPS panel with 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution, coverage of the sRGB and Rec.709 color spaces is 100%. The 75Hz monitor is calibrated at the factory with a color accuracy tolerance of ΔE <2.
An interesting feature of the PA278CV is the daisy chain support provided by the dual DisplayPort 1.2 ports. Also, there is an HDMI 1.4 port and a USB-C port with support for DisplayPort Alt Mode and Power Delivery, which capable of delivering 65W of power to the load.
The WQHD monitor supports VESA Adaptive-Sync technology. The maximum screen refresh rate is 75 Hz. Maximum brightness is 350 cd / m², the static contrast ratio is 1000: 1, response time is 5 ms (GTG), and viewing angles are 178 °. The 75Hz monitor is certified by TÜV Rhineland for flicker-free and low blue light brightness control.
