Asus has officially presented a new mini PC with the ExpertCenter PN53. The PC portable Asus PN53 is based on Ryzen processors and is available with a Ryzen 5, 7, and 9 model. Particularly, two fast LAN connections are available.
After retailers presented a new Asus Mini PC, the ExpertCenter PN53, Asus officially presented the mini desktop model. The Asus PN53 is a 120 x 130 x 58 millimeter model that weighs around 900 grams including the hard drive and will be available with the AMD Ryzen 5 6600H, AMD Ryzen 9 6900HX, and AMD Ryzen 7 6800H. Two slots are available for installing RAM, and DDR5 memory with a total capacity of up to 64 gigabytes can be installed.
SSDs can be installed in two M.2 slots, which are connected via PCIe 4.0 Gen 4. A hard drive or another 2.5-inch SSD can also be installed. Two HDMI 2.1 are available for connecting external screens, and the built-in USB 4 port in Type C supports image output via DisplayPort 1.4. The PC Asus portable system can also be supplied with electrical energy via the USB 4 port using USB PD. The second USB 4 port on the front also supports the output of image content.
There are also a total of five USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports on the system, plus two Ethernet ports with a maximum data transfer rate of 2.5 Gbit/s. Depending on the specific model variant, a WiFi 6 or WiFi 6E module is installed, which also supports Bluetooth as usual.

The PC portable Asus PN53 mini desktop is finally available to pre-order on the Bhphotovideo.com store, and pricing starts from $469.
Asus recently also introduced the ROG Strix XG32UQ 4K 32 inch monitor for gaming with a frame rate of 160 Hz for $869. Thanks to AMD FreeSync Premium Pro and Nvidia G-Sync, it is supposed to deliver first-class display quality even when the graphics card isn’t calculating 160 4K frames per second.
