With the NUC 14 Performance, Asus presents a mini PC that packs enormous performance into a 5-centimeter-thin case thanks to the Intel Core Ultra 9 185H and Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070 laptop GPU. The Asus mini PC barebone also has Thunderbolt 4, SD Express, and 2.5 Gbit/s Ethernet.
The brand new Asus NUC 14 Performance is technically identical to the Asus ROG NUC. It lacks the “Republic of Gamers” branding and RGB lighting, as it is designed primarily for business customers. Consequently, Asus is emphasizing AI performance in its marketing.
The performance is impressive for its size. The top model of the Asus high-performance mini PC features an Intel Core Ultra 9 185H processor with six performance cores and eight efficiency cores. It also includes an Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070 laptop GPU. Asus also installs up to 64 GB of DDR5-4,400 RAM. The powerful GPU in the Asus mini PC barebone allows it to support up to five 4K monitors. Asus has installed two DisplayPorts, one HDMI 2.1, and a USB-C port with support for Thunderbolt 4, which can connect two screens at once.

There are also six USB-A ports, 2.5 Gbit/s Ethernet, and a fast SD Express card reader on the case.
