The Asus AirVision M1 is a pair of wearable glasses featuring micro-OLEDs. It is designed to impress with its high brightness and substantial color reproduction. This model allows you to experience media or video games in a particularly immersive way, even when traveling. Augmented reality solutions can also be used for productive applications.

Various manufacturers are indeed addressing the market for AR VR solutions. Some devices primarily replace a screen. Such systems offer several advantages: for example, they create an immersive display for videos or video games, even in small apartments or on the go.
The AirVision M1 has a multi-screen view, which allows you to work with multiple screens on a laptop while on the go. In contrast to the Apple Vision Pro, however, the AirVision M1 itself is transparent and does not show the environment recorded by cameras. This also means that complete darkening is not possible.

Micro-OLED screens are used. These offer a resolution of 1,920 x 1,080 pixels per eye. Asus puts the refresh rate at 72 Hz – monitors for video games or corresponding VR headsets sometimes provide a much higher refresh rate. The manufacturer advertises a brightness of up to 1,100 cd/m², delivering an impressive display. The system supports three-dimensional content, not just flat virtual screens. It also tracks 3DoF movements and registers head movements. The display covers 95 percent of the DCI-P3 color space and offers a 38° field of view. There are speakers and a microphone array, and the system can receive image signals via USB Type C. It is possible to use the AirVision M1 with corrective lenses.
