Asus has expanded its range of gaming monitors by announcing the TUF Gaming VG248Q1B model based on a 24-inch TN panel. The new Asus 144hz monitor has a Full HD resolution of 1920 × 1080 pixels.
The Asus 1080p monitor has a short response time – only 0.5 ms (GTG), and the refresh rate reaches 165 Hz. The horizontal and vertical viewing angles are 170 and 160 degrees, respectively. Brightness is 350 cd/m2, contrast ratio is 1000:1, and dynamic contrast ratio is 100,000,000:1. AMD FreeSync Premium technology helps eliminate screen tearing and improves image smoothness.
The new Asus 144hz monitor has DisplayPort 1.2, HDMI 1.4 (×2) interfaces, and a standard audio jack. The stand allows you to adjust only the angle of the display. Extreme Low Motion Blur (ELMB) technology is responsible for reducing motion blur. TÜV Flicker-free and TÜV Low Blue Light systems are responsible for reducing eye fatigue during long gaming sessions.
