UPDATE: Now the Artisto app is available on both Android and iOS platform for worldwide users.
Prisma Photo editing app has achieved huge fame in the short time of period. When the app was just released in July, it gets tremendous response from users and surpassed the over 2 million downloads and process up to 65 million photos into artistic paintings. 
And now Prisma is looking to add the ability to give the same artistic effects to videos as well. Prisma App co-founder Alexey Moiseenkov said that the company is working on a tool that will apply similar artsy effects on short video clips and will roll out in the coming weeks.
But, if you can’t wait too much to give your video an artistic effect, here we have an Artisto application for Android which is made by very popular Mail.Ru Group in Russia.

Artisto is a video editing app that allows you to create an artistic video instantly. There are a total of 14 filters like Prisma, Patrick, Picasso, Mosaic, Neural Art and more, you just have to shoot a video and apply a filter, that’s it.
Commenting on this app, Anna Artamonov, Vice-president of Mail.Ru said: “This is the result of the experiment, which was attended by experts in machine learning from the different divisions of Mail.Ru Group. We have a very strong expertise in this area. Technologies associated with neural networks and machine learning, one way or another are used to create nearly all of our products, including advertising, anti-spam system, search. After the Prisma we, like many others, it was interesting to experiment with features of neural networks in the style of transport, and we began to engage in a video. The first result appeared fairly quickly – in just a couple of weeks. That, you see, – a test version, and now we collect feedback. The project is deployed on Mail.Ru Group infrastructure.”
