The time has finally come: The Apple Watch Series 7 can be pre-ordered now, delivery will begin in exactly one week, on Friday, October 15th. The Apple Series 7 watch offers very few innovations compared to the Series 6, but the previous model was one of the best smartwatches on the market, so the new watch is still exciting. Apple is sticking to an OLED display that is operated in always-on mode at 1 Hz to save power, the battery should continue to last for a day. The housing of the new model is dust-proof, the front glass 50 percent thicker and therefore more break-proof, the battery can be charged 33 percent faster, so that the battery can be charged to 80 percent in 45 minutes. Some watch faces, as well as the small keypad that can be used to reply to messages, are also exclusive to the Series 7.

The Series 7 Apple Watch models with stainless steel and titanium housings are significantly more expensive but come with an LTE modem as standard. The top model offers exclusive dials and a high-quality leather strap.
