Apple has officially released the iOS 9 beta mobile OS and OS X El Capitan OS for Mac.
After a month of launching iOS 9 for developers, Apple has officially released the beta versions for the public to download and experience this OS before the official version came out in September.
This is the first time when Apple is allowing the general public to experience a beta version of iOS. Previously, only the programmers are used to this beta.
Of course, the use of beta will cause users to encounter some bugs and not really stable. Even the users are at risk of losing personal data. In return, users will experience the latest features that Apple provides in their devices.
Along with iOS 9 Public Beta, Apple also launched the beta version of the OS X El Capitan – The latest operating system for Mac PCs. One of the key features in a new Mac operating system, improved the Spotlight search function, allowing users to ask Spotlight information on weather, stock prices, sports results etc.
Apple also improved the search functionality in the applications such as email, enabling users to easily find the old message which they forgot to send feedback. Apple also upgraded multitasking, allowing to run two applications simultaneously on the Mac. This function is called “split view”. However, the most important upgrade on OS X El Capitan Beta is its performance. Apple said the new operating system will help to open applications very fast and smooth switches between various applications.
