AOC has introduced a new U32U3CV Calman Ready monitor. The large monitor has a high resolution and, thanks to the color calibration, is also suitable for professional applications such as image editing. Adaptive Sync is supported.
AOC U32U3CV is primarily suitable for image processing. The color deviation is said to be less than 2 at Delta E, and the model is already calibrated for the customer. Recalibration is said to be particularly easy: the system is Calman Ready, so calibration should be time-efficient. According to the manufacturer, the DCI-P3 color space is reproduced at 98%, but the information on color deviation refers to the sRGB color space.
The Nano IPS panel has a diagonal measurement of 31.5 inches and a resolution of 3,840 x 2,160 pixels, offering excellent sharpness. It also supports efficient multitasking with multiple applications. Since the panel has a gray-to-gray response time of 4 milliseconds and supports Adaptive Sync, the model would be suitable for gaming. However, the refresh rate is only 60 Hz, so demanding gamers of first-person shooters, for example, may experience limitations.
The brightness is specified as 400 cd/m² when displaying HDR material, and accordingly, there is also a VESA Display HDR 400 certification. However, since a WLED backlight is used instead of mini LEDs, buyers should not expect notably potent reproduction of high-contrast content.
The AOC U32U3CV can receive image signals via two HDMI 2.0 ports and one DisplayPort 1.4 port. There is a USB Type C port, and it can output up to 96 watts. A USB hub is also visible in the product images.

The new AOC U32U3CV Calman Ready monitor is now available on Amazon UK for £549.99. If you prefer a smaller option, the 27-inch U27U3CV model is available with similar specifications for £420, offering a more compact screen size.
