Many consider the Anker Eufy C10 a particularly compact new cleaning robot. It comes with a vacuum station that’s also not particularly bulky. It should thoroughly clean even in corners.
It’s just a robot vacuum; it can’t perform wet cleaning with a cloth or mop. The manufacturer claims it delivers 4,000 Pa of suction power. The extendable side brush supposedly helps it clean effectively, even in corners. According to the marketing, this reduces the need for manual follow-up. The design of the cleaning brush, which includes a comb, minimizes tangling.
The Anker Eufy C10 emits no more than 51 dB when cleaning, meaning it should be able to clean without significant disruption, even when people are present. The cleaning robot can also work under furniture that offers at least 7.6 centimeters of clearance. The vacuum station measures 275 x 212 x 191 millimeters, making it significantly flatter than other devices—which, however, often also include a water tank.
The vacuum station automatically empties the Anker Eufy C10, and the vacuum station’s 3-liter dust bag lasts for around 60 days without replacement in a three-person household.
It navigates using a laser but designers do not design it to detect small obstacles such as cables. The app allows you to define no-go zones and individual cleaning modes, for example, and store maps for three floors. Of course, the robot vacuum cleaner then has to be carried around.
