Alongside the Alienware AW3425DWM, Dell introduced the Alienware AW3225DM affordable HDR monitor. It’s a 31.5-inch VA monitor with WQHD resolution (2560 x 1440 pixels), a 180 Hz refresh rate, DisplayHDR 400, and a 1500R curvature. In addition, a 1 ms grayscale, 10-bit color depth, a 3000:1 contrast ratio, and 95 percent DCI-P3 are promised.
In addition to its core specifications, the new AW3225DM features a typical brightness of 400 cd/m² and a power consumption of 33 watts. Moreover, it adopts the latest AW30 design line, which includes a revised OSD layout for improved usability. Furthermore, FreeSync and VRR are integrated as anti-tearing measures to enhance the overall visual experience. Those who want to simultaneously display content from multiple connected sources will appreciate the picture-in-picture and picture-by-picture modes.
Two HDMI inputs, a DisplayPort 1.4, and a USB 3.0 hub comprise the interface offering, although only the DisplayPort supports the full 180 Hz. HDMI only offers a maximum of 144 Hz. The 32-inch monitor can be tilted and adjusted in height by 110 mm. It also features a blue light filter, a VESA mount (100 x 100 mm), and a flicker-free backlight.

The Alienware AW3225DM is available on Amazon UK for £429.71, which is relatively pricier than the $319.99 on Dell’s US store. Oddly enough, it’s still missing from Amazon US.
