Acer introduced a new Predator XB273K V5 gaming monitor last year, which is now listed on Amazon. Now in its fifth iteration, the Acer XB273K V5 combines 4K resolution and a fast refresh rate. Acer has also confirmed pricing and global availability.

With Predator XB273K V5, Acer has customers in mind who are looking for a 27-inch monitor for gaming. It is significantly sharper and supports a resolution of 3,840 x 2,160 pixels and a refresh rate of 160 Hz. AMD FreeSync Premium is supported, which should also result in high motion sharpness – this can effectively prevent tearing, for example. If users can make do with a Full HD resolution, a refresh rate of 320 Hz can be displayed.
The gray-to-gray response time should also be one millisecond, but the XB273K V5 has speakers and 95 percent coverage of the DCI-P3 color space. It also has ergonomic functions, such as adjusting the monitor’s height.
The Acer XB273K V5 also offers a peak brightness of 400 nits and 95% DCI-P3 color space coverage. Additionally, Acer has included a pair of 2W speakers, a 100 x 100mm VESA mount, and a stand that offers -5°-25° tilt, ±20° swivel, ±90° pivot, and 150mm height adjustments. It packs 1x 3.5mm jack, 1x DisplayPort 1.4 and 2x HDMI 2.1 ports.

Currently, the Acer Predator XB273K V5 is listed on Amazon for $379.99, which is $120 less than its launch price of $499.99 in North America.
