Taiwanese manufacturer Acer has unveiled the Predator X32 X2, a new best OLED gaming monitor with modern features. This new 4K freesync monitor should not be confused with the very similarly named Acer Predator X32 X3, which uses MLA OLED instead of QD-OLED and will feature a dual-Hz mode.
The Acer Predator X32 X2 has a 31.5-inch QD-OLED panel with 4K resolution (UHD 3840 x 2160 pixels) and promises a maximum refresh rate of 240 Hz. In addition to a 0.03 ms fast gray change, 10-bit color depth, 99 percent DCI-P3, a contrast ratio of 1,500,000:1, and a luminance of 250 cd/m² (SDR, 100 percent APL) or 1,000 cd/m² (HDR, 3 percent APL) are promised.
Thanks to DisplayHDR True Black 400 and the true black level, HDR content and games should be a pleasure. FreeSync Premium Pro and G-Sync-compatible Adaptive Sync ensure tear-free gaming sessions. Two internal speakers provide sound, although each is limited to 2 watts. Regarding connectivity, there are two HDMI 2.1 inputs, a DisplayPort 1.4, and a headphone output.
In addition, the ergonomic features include tilt, swivel, height adjustment (150 mm), and VESA mounting (75 x 75 mm).
